We started the process to build our bar about two years ago. Traveling around and looking bar to bar for ideas. We believe we have created the perfect atmosphere for a great evening out. We purchased the building in November 2005, after one year of hard work from Lena and me, our four teenage children, friends and family, our renavations were complete.
	Creating a Chicago style front bar and a 60's retro non smoking lounge. When you walk past the jutbox and look at the pictures on the walls you may thank your in the 50-60's era. At Jeleniz we and our staff work hard to provide good service. Knowing that everytime a person walks through our front door it is not just a customer but a new friend.
